The complex is a master-planned development with 12 separate facilities consisting of 15,000 to 2000,000 square-foot buildings. Mr. Pearman has advised on financing issues, landlord/tenant matters, development of a fiber optic wireless network, and documentation for Economic Development Administration funding.
