Mr. Pearman has been a consultant to a number of a business/legal treatises, including, "Organizing California Corporations" (2d. ed.), "Drafting Provisions for Business Agreements", and "Advising California Partnerships" (2d ed.), all published by the California Continuing Education of the Bar, and has been a speaker at a number of business and real estate workshops and seminars.

The complex is a master-planned development with 12 separate facilities consisting of 15,000 to 2000,000 square-foot buildings. Mr. Pearman has advised on financing issues, landlord/tenant matters, development of a fiber optic wireless network, and documentation for Economic Development Administration funding.
